Key Responsibilities
Greeting Customers: Welcome vehicle owners, listen to their complaints or maintenance needs, and write up initial repair orders.
Translating Technical Terms: Explain complex mechanic and engineering jargon into easy, explicit language that the customer can understand.
Creating Estimates: Calculate and provide written cost estimates for parts and labor, and check if repairs are covered under manufacturer or extended warranties.
Liaison with Technicians: Relay customer concerns to the repair crew and track the progress of each vehicle in the shop.
Scheduling and Workflow: Manage service appointments, order required parts, and establish promised pickup times.
Customer Updates: Call, text, or email customers with status updates and handle final billing and handoffs when the car is ready.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
