Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Sales & Field Marketing Executive to promote and sell our products in the local market. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets through direct field marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential customers to promote products
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product perks
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in the market
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues (if required)
Gather market feedback and competitor information
Achieve monthly sales targets
Submit daily field visit and sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
0–3 years experience in sales or field marketing
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Positive negotiation and convincing skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
