Study customer drawings, specifications, material grades, tolerances and quality requirements.
Prepare manufacturing drawings, CAD/DXF files, BOMs and process routing.
Assess manufacturing feasibility and identify tooling, fixtures, gauges and outsourced processes required.
Estimate material consumption, process time and development costs.
Develop samples and first-off parts, working directly with machine operators, welders and vendors.
Design practical jigs and fixtures to improve accuracy, repeatability and productivity.
Inspect trial components, resolve dimensional and manufacturing issues, and coordinate technical clarifications with customers.
Prepare development records, inspection plans, work instructions and FAI/PPAP documentation as required.




Hand over approved products to production with transparent drawings, process instructions and quality checkpoints.
Identify cost improvements while maintaining customer specifications and product performance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
