Key Responsibilities
Organizational Sales Leadership: Spearhead and execute the sales strategy for the entire organization to achieve company-wide revenue targets.
Product Identification & Analysis: Continuously identify new product opportunities, analyze their market viability, and align them with customer needs.
Product Training:



Develop deep product knowledge and conduct comprehensive training sessions to equip the sales team for success.
Team Organization: Structure, guide, and motivate the business development and telecalling teams to ensure daily output matches organizational goals.
Pipeline Management: Oversee end-to-end sales operations, ensuring strict adherence to lead management standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Mandatory Experience:
Minimum 5 years of core experience in business development, sales leadership, in any industry.

Additional Requirements:
Demonstrated track record of driving company-wide sales and scaling teams.
Robust negotiation, interpersonal communication, and direct closing skills.
Succeed in a rapid-moving space and reach exciting new goals.
Intermediate computer and AI knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple languages.
