Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Return Scanning Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scanning, verifying, and processing returned products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Scan and process returned products using barcode scanners and company software.
Verify product details, quantity, and return reasons.
Update return and inventory records accurately in the system.
Identify damaged, defective, or incorrect items and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and quality control teams.
Maintain daily return reports and documentation.
Ensure proper sorting and storage of returned products.
Follow company SOPs and inventory management procedures.

Requirements




Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
