Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track operational KPIs, maintain dashboards, and provide actionable business insights.
Inventory & Demand Planning: Monitor stock movement, support demand forecasting, and identify inventory optimization opportunities.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and support process automation.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Tech, Merchandising, Finance, Warehouse, Retail, and Ecommerce teams to improve operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and SQL.
Solid understanding of supply chain, retail operations, and ecommerce workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Experience:
2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or business analysis (luxury, fashion, or retail industry experience is a solid advantage).
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, WMS) and ecommerce platforms is desirable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
