Job Analysis & Requisition Planning: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, key skills, and team culture
Job Descriptions: Write and update transparent, accurate job descriptions and post them across career pages and job boards.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source active and passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, job portals, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, filter applicants, and conduct initial phone or video screens to check baseline qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate multi-stage interviews between candidates and hiring teams or panels.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and value proposition at job fairs and online platforms.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
