Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to communicate with customers, follow up on inquiries, schedule appointments, and support the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to customers and respond to inquiries.
Follow up on customer leads and inquiries.
Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and service appointments.
Inform customers about offers and service reminders.
Maintain daily call records and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams.

Requirements:
Minimum Plus Two qualification/Graduation preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
