JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES TRAINER

Job Responsibilities:
Train sales employees on sales techniques, communication, and customer handling.
Develop and implement sales training programs.
Guide employees on lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals.
Monitor sales team performance and identify improvement areas.
Conduct training sessions, role-plays, and performance assessments.
Motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Prepare training reports and provide feedback to management.

Required Skills:
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
Ability to motivate employees and improve sales performance.
Previous sales or training experience preferred.
