Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive On-Floor Sales Manager to manage daily sales activities, handle customer enquiries, guide the sales team, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily sales activities on the shop floor.
Guide, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with production, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain sales reports, customer records, and order updates.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Monitor stock availability and product display.

Requirements




3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.
Positive communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
