Job Title: Visa Counsellor & Telecaller

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Visa Counsellors and Telecallers for our immigration office. Candidates will handle client enquiries, explain visa and immigration processes, provide counselling on suitable visa options, make follow-up calls, generate leads, and maintain client records.

Responsibilities:
Counsel clients regarding visitor, student, and other visa categories.
Handle incoming enquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into clients.
Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Requirements:




Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is preferred.
