Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Delivery & Collection Executive to handle product deliveries, collect payments from customers, maintain delivery records, and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver products and orders to customers, hospitals, pharmacies, and other assigned locations on time.
Collect cash, cheque, or other authorized payments from customers.
Ensure all collected payments are handed over to the accounts department promptly.
Maintain accurate delivery challans, invoices, receipts, and collection records.
Obtain customer signatures or acknowledgements as proof of delivery.
Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, customer care, and accounts teams.
Verify products and quantities before dispatch and delivery.
Report failed deliveries, payment discrepancies, damaged products, or customer complaints to the concerned team.
Follow the assigned delivery route and daily schedule efficiently.
Handle company products and documents responsibly.




Submit daily delivery and collection reports to the reporting manager.
Follow company policies and maintain skilled behaviour with customers.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: any degree.
Previous experience in delivery, logistics, courier services, or payment collection is preferred.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Should have a two-wheeler for local deliveries, if required by the company.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, and digital payment methods.
Valuable communication skills and customer-handling ability.
Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to travel locally.
