Location: Nashik & North Maharashtra (Ahmednagar, Jalgaon, Dhule, etc.)
Experience: 5 to 8 years of on-field sales experience in Architectural Hardware, Plywood, Laminates, or Building Materials.
Education: Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Language & Travel: Fluent Marathi is mandatory. Must have a valid driving license for daily extensive field travel.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Targets: Drive ground-level primary and secondary sales to hit monthly and annual volumes.
Product Focus: Maximize sales for core lines like hinges, designer handles, kitchen drawer slides, and digital locks.
Network Expansion: Find and onboard recent retail counters, dealers, and secondary stockists.
Influencer Network: Build robust ties with local architects, interior designers, contractors, and premium carpenters.
Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and conduct daily market visits with field Sales Executives.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely recovery of outstanding market payments from dealers within credit timelines.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, active schemes, and report market updates to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
