Read the correct part drawing and check required dimensions using a Vernier caliper and gauges.
Complete the First Piece Inspection Report and update the planning board after the first-piece check.
Conduct hourly QC rounds at working machines.
Identify and separate rejected parts, and report measurements that are outside the required limits.
Record inspection parameters and QC-related downtime in the production card.
Keep the correct drawing at each working machine and store QC documents in their designated locations.
Check the required degree measurement using the VMM machine.
Record the daily weight of end pieces with rejection records and check whether the end pieces can be machined.
Shift Type: Rotation(15 Days Day & 15 Days Night)
Shift Timing:08:00 To 20:00
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
