Job Description

Airoza Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Kannur. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with travel-related enquiries and provide suitable travel solutions.
Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups professionally.
Coordinate with customers to understand their travel requirements.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.




Support the team in delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements
