We are urgently hiring Customer Support Executives for a Semi-Voice Process. Candidates must be fluent in one of the following language combinations:
English + Hindi + Kannada
English + Hindi + Telugu

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Required Experience: Social media customer support experience is mandatory.
Languages: Fluency in any one of the specified language combinations.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.




Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Communicate professionally with customers across multiple channels.
Work in rotational shifts as required.

Salary and Advantages
Salary: ₹31,000 CTC per month for experienced candidates.
