About Little Sapiens

Little Sapiens is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Agent to promote the school, generate admission enquiries, and build solid relationships with parents and the local community.

Job Responsibilities
Promote Little Sapiens and its educational programs to prospective parents.
Generate leads and enquiries for school admissions.
Conduct field marketing activities and distribute promotional materials.
Visit nearby residential areas, societies, and other relevant locations to promote the school.
Explain the school's facilities, curriculum, and admission process to parents.
Follow up with interested families and encourage school visits.
Support admission campaigns, promotional events, and school activities.
Maintain records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.




Achieve assigned marketing and admission targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Confident, presentable, and enthusiastic personality.
Ability to interact professionally with parents and the local community.
Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.
Previous marketing or sales experience is preferred, but freshers may also apply.
