Job Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. - Generate current business opportunities and develop client relationships. - Handle property sales, purchase, rental, and leasing inquiries. - Identify potential customers, investors, and business partners. - Manage client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations. - Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence. - Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.



- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful deals. Requirements: - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate. - Valuable communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets. - Knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market will be preferred. - Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
