Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Executive to manage inbound sales enquiries from IndiaMART, Zoko (WhatsApp), and our company website. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales enquiries from IndiaMART, Zoko, WhatsApp, and website leads.
Communicate professionally with domestic and international customers via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and share professional quotations using MS Excel.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into orders.
Maintain accurate lead records and update daily sales reports.




Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation and processing.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Positive verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email writing.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and lead conversion skills.
Ability to handle both domestic and international enquiries.
Experience with IndiaMART, WhatsApp Business, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in inbound sales or customer relationship management preferred.

Salary & Perks

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
