About the Role

Policy Tree is looking for an energetic and target-driven Insurance Sales Executive / Senior Executive to drive sales across Health, Motor and Life Insurance products. The ideal candidate should have experience in insurance sales, lead conversion and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for Health, Motor and Life Insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance policies.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.
Make outbound calls, follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, exclusions and premium details clearly.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, policy issuance and renewals.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends and competitor offerings.

Key Skills




1–3 years of experience in insurance sales / BFSI / financial services sales.
Good knowledge of Health (majorly), Motor and/or Life Insurance products.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Valuable follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and lead conversion.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

What We’re Looking For

A confident, result-oriented sales qualified who can build customer trust, identify insurance needs and consistently convert opportunities into business.

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA, depending on experience and suitability

Location: Sector 3, Noida

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
