Role Description

We are looking for a Retention & Renewal Associate who can drive customer retention, renewals, and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate has strong experience in sales, inside sales, renewals, upselling, or plan upgrades. S/he is comfortable handling complex clients, difficult conversations, and ambiguity in a rapid-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end renewal and retention lifecycle for assigned customers.
Proactively engage customers to identify renewal risks, understand needs, and prevent churn.
Drive renewals, plan upgrades, upselling, and cross-selling.
Handle pricing negotiations, objections, escalations, and complex customer situations.
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
Identify customer pain points and work cross-functionally to drive effective resolutions.
Maintain a constant renewal pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and retention targets.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, account management, renewals, retention, or customer success.
Proven experience in renewal, retention, upselling, and plan upgrades.
Strong track record of achieving revenue/sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, objection handling, communication, and closing skills.
Ability to manage complex clients, escalations, and high-stakes conversations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-performance startup environment.

Compensation and Advantages: CTC upto 4.8 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
