Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Fresher to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.

Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Support the team in achieving hiring targets.

Requirements





Freshers are welcome to apply.

Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream; HR/MBA graduates preferred.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition.

Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
