Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Project Site / HO with site travel
Reports To: General Manager / Vice President – Projects

Job Purpose

To lead end-to-end execution of high-rise and township projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budget, quality standards, contractual requirements, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for project execution, planning, coordination, and delivery.
Lead project teams comprising engineering, planning, QA/QC, billing, stores, safety, MEP, and contractors.
Prepare and monitor project execution strategy, resource deployment, and milestone schedules.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, design intent, technical specifications, and client requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities.
Monitor project cost, cash flow, billing, procurement status, and budget adherence.
Review progress against baseline schedules and initiate recovery actions where required.
Ensure quality assurance systems, inspection procedures, and safety standards are implemented.
Chair project review meetings and issue action plans for delays and challenges.
Manage risks, claims, changes,



and site-level stakeholder issues.
Ensure completion, testing, snag closure, documentation, and handover in a timely manner.
Submit MIS, progress reports, cost reports, and management summaries to senior leadership.

Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
PMP / project management qualification preferred

Experience
18 to 25 years in building construction, with at least 3 to 5 years in handling projects independently as Project Manager
