Job Title: Realtor Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other sales channels.
Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property site visits and provide detailed project presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth documentation and transaction processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).




1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
