We are looking for skilled, passionate, and disciplined culinary and service professionals to join our new multi-cuisine restaurant team.

Available Positions:
Indian CDP (Chef de Partie)
South Indian CDP (Chef de Partie)
Tandoori
Chinese
Bakery CDP (Chef de Partie)
Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Female Stewards

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Indian, South Indian, Tandoori, Chinese, and bakery items according to standardized recipes.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and portion control.
Follow kitchen SOPs, HACCP, GMP, FIFO, and food safety standards.
Maintain proper mise en place and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
Monitor ingredient usage, stock rotation, wastage, and food cost.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and professional kitchen discipline.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Female stewards should provide courteous and efficient guest service.
Maintain dining areas,



tables, service stations, and overall restaurant cleanliness.

Requirements
Relevant experience in the applied position is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the respective cuisine, bakery operations, or restaurant service.
Good teamwork, punctuality, communication, and professional discipline.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Freshers may apply for suitable entry-level positions.
Female candidates applying for steward positions should have a pleasant personality and a customer-focused approach.
