Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, disciplined, and enthusiastic Commis III to join the culinary team at our upcoming luxury resort.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
Ability to assist with ingredient preparation, mise en place, and basic cooking tasks.
Willingness to learn advanced cooking techniques, specialty dishes, and qualified plating.
Must strictly follow kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
Should be punctual, well-disciplined, attentive, and willing to follow instructions.
A genuine interest in cooking, learning, and developing culinary skills is essential.
