Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive cum Telecaller to handle customer queries, manage the IndiaMART portal, and generate sales opportunities through telecalling and online business portals.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries regarding products, pricing, orders, and other requirements.
Manage the IndiaMART portal, respond to enquiries, and follow up with potential customers.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Manage enquiries received through IndiaMART and other online business portals.
Follow up with leads,



share product details and quotations, and coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into orders.
Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales enquiries.
Ensure timely responses to customers and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Requirements:
Positive communication and telecalling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience in handling IndiaMART or other online B2B portals will be preferred.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to follow up on leads and support sales growth.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
