About the role
As Front of House Team Leader, you'll own the Front of House floor across all shifts. You'll lead the team, look after our guests and keep service running smoothly in coordination with our Kitchen team.

What you'll do
Lead the FOH team across shifts, including rostering, station allocation, rotation, peak-time flow, handovers and closing
Set the tone for warm, attentive guest service and coach the team on the floor
Keep coffee and specialty beverages consistent.
Make sure orders, billing and POS procedures are accurate
Keep stations, counters and guest areas clean,



organised and stocked
Run shift briefings, train recent team members and hold the team to our standards
Coordinate with the Kitchen on orders, delays and unavailable products
Coach the team on guest-relevant product recommendations and promotions

What we're looking for
3+ years' front-of-house experience, including team-leading experience
Strong beverage knowledge, especially espresso-based drinks
Confident with POS, billing and cash handling
Someone who leads by example, respect and humility

Schedule: Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays as per roster
Job type: Full time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
