Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing plans, coordinating with sales and operations teams, managing promotional activities and events, and overseeing branding and communication materials. The Marketing Manager will also handle market research, competitor analysis, and budget tracking, while ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence in the local and regional market.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in marketing management,



including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance tracking.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in using common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, CRM or analytics tools) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Comfort working on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in regional or Indian market marketing roles is a plus.
Experience : Automotive Industry minimum of 3 years in marketing position

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
