Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience in residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising in office activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities for residential interior projects.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other contractors.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Coordinate with the design, production,



and project management teams.
Track site progress and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
Identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure proper material usage, site safety, and housekeeping.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in residential interior site supervision.
Practical knowledge of interior execution, modular furniture, and finishing work.
Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Location

Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
