We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Associate to support daily Human Resources operations in a hotel or resort environment. The candidate will assist with employee coordination, recruitment, attendance management, documentation, and employee engagement to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and personnel documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
Assist with payroll inputs, monthly attendance verification, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and staff welfare initiatives.
Address employee queries and coordinate with HODs regarding HR-related matters.
Support uniform management, staff accommodation coordination, and employee welfare activities, as required.




Assist with employee exit formalities, clearance procedures, and HR reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hotel policies and HR procedures.
Support the implementation of HR policies and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with relevant HR experience in hospitality may apply.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work in a dynamic hotel or resort setting.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
