Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to handle customer communication, generate leads, and support sales and marketing activities for a manufacturing/industrial company.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads and identify potential business prospects.
Follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships.
Support the sales and marketing team.
Maintain customer records and call details.
Handle customer queries professionally.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to follow up with customers and generate leads.
