Manage the daily allocation and deployment of field pickup personnel across designated locations.
Monitor staff attendance, pickup assignments, and daily operational activities.
Organize pickup schedules and assign routes to improve area coverage and operational efficiency.
Follow up on pending pickups and ensure completion within the prescribed turnaround time.
Verify daily pickup reports and maintain accurate operational records.
Prepare weekly payout calculations for field personnel based on completed pickups and applicable payment terms.
Resolve field-level operational issues, pickup delays, and personnel availability concerns.
Arrange backup personnel when required to ensure uninterrupted pickup operations.
Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures for sample and material collection and handling.
Identify opportunities to improve route planning, reduce travel expenses, and enhance last-mile productivity.
Submit regular reports on pickup performance, attendance, pending tasks, and operational issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
