Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;) Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of the fruits and vegetables department. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in fresh produce procurement, vendor management, inventory control, quality assurance, wastage reduction, team management etc.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Fruits & Vegetables management, preferably in retail or FMCG etc.
Robust knowledge of fresh produce procurement,purchase, grading, storage, handling, and quality standards.
Proven experience in vendor negotiation, inventory management, wastage control, and sales planning.
Valuable communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
