Hiring: Sales, Accounts & Admin Executive

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sales, Accounts & Admin Executive to manage sales coordination, accounting activities, customer communication, and daily office administration.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in BUSY Accounting Software, basic accounting, GST billing, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Coordination
Handle customer inquiries, sales follow-ups, and order coordination.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer reports.
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with dealers and distributors.
Follow up on outstanding payments and pending orders.

Accounts & Billing
Manage daily accounting entries using BUSY Accounting Software.
Prepare GST invoices, sales and purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliation and payment tracking.
Assist with GST-related documentation and accounting reports.




Coordinate with the accountant/CA for compliance and financial records.

Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and documentation.
Maintain records, reports, and business correspondence.
Coordinate with sales, production, dispatch, and management teams.
Ensure smooth execution of administrative activities.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
Practical knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory.
Positive understanding of GST billing, accounting entries, and ledger reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage sales, accounts, and administrative tasks.
B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, trading, or B2B businesses is an advantage.
