Job Description: Travel Consultant

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with travel planning, holiday packages, and itinerary preparation.
Handle domestic and international travel inquiries.
Provide information about flights, hotels, tour packages, and travel services.
Coordinate bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Follow up with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel industry.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of travel packages, bookings, and reservations.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
