Position Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of experience in US Staffing.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for US-based job requirements while working closely with hiring teams and clients.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum 6+ months of hands-on US Staffing experience.

Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring process.

Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

Experience working with US job portals and recruiting platforms.

Positive understanding of different employment types such as W2, C2C,



and 1099 is preferred.

Robust verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.

Willingness to work in the US Night-Shift.

Preferred Experience Experience recruiting for any of the following domains will be an advantage:IT | Non-IT

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
