Job Overview

Sky Automobile, Mahindra’s Authorised Service Centre, is looking for a customer-oriented and responsible Service Advisor to manage customer interactions, understand vehicle service requirements, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and accurately record customer complaints.
Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection, diagnosis and repairs.
Explain service estimates, additional repairs and delivery timelines to customers.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle service status.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure customer concerns are addressed.
Maintain service records and follow up on customer feedback.





Required Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership, car workshop or authorised service centre.
Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and workshop operations.
Positive communication, customer-handling and coordination skills.
Ability to prepare job cards and explain repair estimates.
Basic computer skills and service documentation knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Monthly salary starting above ₹20,000, based on experience and suitability.
Prospect to work with Mahindra’s authorised service network.
A qualified automobile service environment.

Work Location: Sky Automobile, next to Prema Laxman High School, Pendkarpada, Mira Road East, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
