Manager – Strategic Partnerships
Location: Mumbai (Field-based within designated local zones)
Office Location: Thane (Weekly reporting)

Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (commensurate with experience)
Job Timing ; 10 to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities
Referral Network Development: Identify, approach, and onboard Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, Corporate Consultants, and other key specialists as strategic referral partners.
Proactive Prospecting & Field Networking: Build a robust local referral network through targeted cold outreach, market visits, industry references, and personal networking.
Seminars & B2B Events: Conceptualize, arrange,



and execute financial planning and wealth management seminars across corporate offices, business forums, skilled bodies, Rotary Clubs, and trade associations.
Partner Engagement: Maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing referral partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified client referrals.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the internal Wealth Management team to hand over referred prospects and ensure seamless conversion.
Business Growth: Continuously explore and launch new strategic partnership initiatives across the assigned region.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
