We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to join our production house and help build a robust, reliable creative team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from posting job openings to screening candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating offers.
Source and hire talent across creative and production roles, including editors, cinematographers, production assistants and other team members.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation and attendance records.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and fill positions efficiently.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Support employee engagement, team coordination and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Robust communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions.
Proactive, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Experience hiring for creative agencies, production houses or media companies is a plus.
Location: Lalbaug, Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to alternate Saturdays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
