Job Title : Business Manager - Equity Business

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Equity Business and collaborate with senior management on business strategy and growth prospects.
Prepare management presentations, business reports, and performance insights.
Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Trading, and Business Management teams.
Understand equity products, business lines, operating models, and infrastructure requirements.
Support lateral hiring initiatives and business requirements across teams.
Analyse business performance, balance sheets, and financial risks to support decision-making.

Requisites
MBA from a Tier-1 business school, preferably IIM or equivalent.
Experience in Business Management,



preferably within Equity or Trading businesses.
Robust understanding of equity products, financial markets, and business operations.
Knowledge of Finance, Risk, Trading, balance sheets, and financial risk.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable plans.
Experience with global financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Barclays, JPMorgan, UBS, or Credit Suisse is preferred.
