Key Responsibilities:
Inspect fabrics, trims, and accessories for quality and defects.
Conduct quality checks at different stages of garment production, including cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
Check garment measurements, fitting, stitching, embroidery, printing, colour, and finishing as per approved samples and specifications.
Identify and report defects, and coordinate with production teams and vendors for corrective action.
Ensure garments meet the required quality standards before final dispatch.
Maintain QC reports, inspection records, and defect tracking sheets.
Monitor rework and rejection rates and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and vendor teams to maintain consistent quality.
Ensure proper handling and packing of finished garments





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Experience in quality control within the garment or apparel industry is preferred.
Knowledge of women's ethnic wear, including kurtis, kurta sets, dresses, and other ethnic garments, will be an advantage.
Good understanding of garment construction, stitching defects, measurements, and finishing standards.
Robust observation skills and attention to detail.
Positive communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience in garment quality control is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
