Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor – Post-Tender to join a construction team.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in post-tender commercial activities, cost control, quantity surveying, contract administration, and project cost management, preferably within the GCC construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions after tender award.
Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost-control records.
Prepare interim payment applications, progress claims, and final accounts.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, invoices, and payment applications.
Identify variations, prepare variation claims,



and assess their cost implications.
Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients on commercial matters.
Prepare cost reports, budget forecasts, and financial statements related to project progress.
Maintain proper documentation for claims, variations, measurements, and contractual correspondence.
Support the preparation of final accounts and the settlement of commercial disputes.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5–8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Proven experience in post-tender quantity surveying is essential.
Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, variation claims, and contract administration.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity-surveying software.
Robust analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
