We are looking for an experienced and qualified CIMA / CA with hands-on experience in taxation, international transactions, and export-import compliance, preferably from a manufacturing background. The candidate should be capable of independently managing tax compliance, reviewing accounting processes, and supporting the organization's financial and regulatory requirements. Tamil or Kannada is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Handle direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, TDS, and GST compliance.
Manage foreign accounting, forex transactions, and international financial reconciliations.
Handle export-import accounting, documentation, and related statutory compliance.
Oversee financial reporting, audits, and statutory filings.
Support accounting, MIS, and compliance activities in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements
Qualified CA / CIMA with 5+ years of relevant experience.




Proven experience managing accounts and taxation for a group of companies with significant turnover.
Solid knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, foreign accounting, and export-import procedures.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Must be based in Bangalore.
Fluency in Tamil or Kannada is mandatory.
Immediate joiners are preferable.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
