Job description:
Hospitality Training: Train and mentor staff on hospitality etiquette, guest handling, skilled conduct, and service standards.
Front Desk Operations: Demonstrate expertise in front desk procedures, guest relations, and visitor management.
Team Grooming: Develop staff communication, interpersonal skills, presentation, and professional behaviour.
Guest Experience: Ensure consistent hospitality standards while handling guests, visitors, and special guests.
Training Materials: Develop and implement practical training sessions, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Quality Monitoring: Evaluate staff performance, identify training gaps, and provide continuous feedback.
Service Excellence: Establish a culture of courteous, efficient, and skilled hospitality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, particularly front desk operations.




Proven expertise in training, coaching, and mentoring hospitality staff.
Hotel Management qualification preferred.
Excellent proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Robust communication, interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify service gaps and improve team performance through effective training.

Key Expectation: A hands-on hospitality skilled who can not only deliver excellent service but also train and develop others to consistently maintain high hospitality standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
