We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Growth Executive to join our team.

Role Objective

Generate qualified B2B leads and strengthen the company's brand visibility across the recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions sectors.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B lead generation campaigns.
Identify target companies and key decision-makers.
Manage LinkedIn content strategy and direct outreach.
Create compelling content for the recruitment industry.
Develop case studies and client success stories.
Support and execute email marketing initiatives.




Enhance website content and optimize for SEO.
Track and report on marketing-generated leads.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support employer branding efforts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated.
Number of marketing-generated meetings booked.
Volume of website enquiries.
LinkedIn engagement rates.
Email campaign performance metrics.
Content production volume.
Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
