Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales and marketing team with daily activities and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients regarding catering enquiries, requirements and bookings.
Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Maintain client databases, enquiry records, quotations and follow-up reports.
Prepare basic quotations, proposals, presentations and sales-related documents.
Follow up with prospective clients to convert enquiries into business prospects.
Coordinate with the operations team for catering bookings, event requirements and execution details.
Maintain proper documentation and update sales and marketing records.
Support promotional activities, marketing campaigns and customer relationship management.
Ensure timely communication and professional handling of client queries.
Requirements
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email and WhatsApp.
Robust organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Candidates with experience in sales coordination, administration, catering, hospitality or event management will be preferred.
