About the Role-

UXDLAB Software is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities.

Key Responsibilities-
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and professional platforms.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.




Coordinate with different teams regarding employee-related activities.
Assist the HR team in maintaining a positive workplace workplace.

Requirements-
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
