To support our expanding teams, we are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process.

Job Overview

HR Recruiter to join our internal human resources team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles (such as Academic Counselors, Telecallers, and Sales Executives).

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Sifting: Source active and passive candidates using job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and professional networks.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual screenings to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:



Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and senior management.
Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Onboarding & Documentation: Assist with onboarding formalities, documentation, and maintenance of employee records.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking reports and recruitment metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related stream (MBA in HR is a plus).
Experience: Freshers with exceptional communication skills or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.
Skills: Excellent communication, solid organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email correspondence.
