Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to deliver training for E-commerce BPO / Seller Support processes. The ideal candidate should have strong process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in training international BPO teams.

Mandatory Requirements
E-commerce / Seller Support BPO experience is mandatory.
International BPO experience preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer.
Robust knowledge of E-commerce/Seller Support processes.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.




Experience handling New Hire Training (NHT), Refresher Training & Nesting.
Solid knowledge of SOPs, process updates, quality parameters and KPIs.
Comfortable with US/EST shifts.
